Cost & Camperships

Thunderhead Episcopal Center uses a tiered pricing model to balance financial sustainability with our commitment to access and inclusion. Tuition does not cover the full cost of camp; it is one part of a broader funding strategy that also includes diocesan support and individual giving. Tiered pricing allows families to choose a rate that reflects their financial reality while helping sustain camp operations, support staff, and maintain our facilities. Camperships are always available, and no camper is turned away because of cost. This model reflects TEC’s values of shared responsibility, transparency, and hospitality.
